Its Always In Your Hands

Do you think where you are right now is because of your fate which is acting against you out of spite ? Believe me , you cannot be any farther away from truth than this . Where you are right now is as much you own doing as it is of the universe , God , the Almighty .  Do you think that all the ill luck in the universe was meted out to you . Maybe , its time to dump this belief . I have my own say on this which I have presented in the form of a verse . So , read on .



Its always in your hands ,
Where you will get to stand .
But you will need to be headstrong ,
So that you can prove the naysayers wrong .
Who'll always be testing if your belief ,
That you'll put an end to your griefs ,
Is strong enough for them to turn over a new leaf.

Its always in your hands ,
Where you will get to stand .
But you will have to do away with your trepidations ,
Those damaging negative emotions .
Which otherwise will cause in you false premonitions
And divert you from your desired destination

But you will have to round up your skills
And harness your reluctant will  ,
To parade in your heart's windowsill ,
Before you can go for the kill .

Its always in your hand ,
Where you will get to stand .
But first you will have to accept the responsibility,
That your being in the dumps or in the skies
Is because of you , your mentality .
You are the one who severed with your dreams, your ties .
Dump the belief that your achievement of your dreams is fatality ,
And remember that the power is always in your hands .
