Celebrate Life !

Take out a moment , celebrate life now for who knows which tempests you may have to weather tomorrow .

Forget all your internal and superficial strife ,

Let’s get down to the business of celebrating life .

This life, about which ; we have  so many trepidations ,

Which may be a gift to us after countless deliberations ;

By the universe .

So, let us not be perverse

When it comes to acknowledging this gift .

For as you sit down and your thoughts you sift ,

You take note of your ingratitude for it tops the list ,

Of the myriad behaviors that you exhibit ,

As you go about your business of any given day ,

Wishing for limitless opportunities to fall your way .

Even though you may have enough of everything now ,
You worry if you if will lose it all tomorrow, somehow.
And in the din of the everyday happenings ,
In the midst of your so well constructed musings

You tend to forget life's true meaning.

So take out a moment

To walk away from the torment,

Of living a looplike existence .

For you have not been sentenced ,

To seek undue penance ,

For a plethora of  your imaginary offenses .

So walk away and live your beautiful life to the fullest

Be happy and grateful that you may enjoy it for the longest .

For who know when this life of yours , may turn into a tempest .
